💌 Booking Process

1. Get in touch

Use the Enquiry Form to share your wedding date and flower needs. I’ll respond as soon as possible to gather all the details and provide a personalised quote.

2. Place your booking

Bookings are typically made up to 12 months in advance, though I always do my best to accommodate last-minute orders when possible.

Once your deposit is received, your date is officially secured on my orders list.

3. Stay in touch

After booking, you can choose your preferred way to communicate — email, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

I’ll send you photos of each arrangement to ensure everything matches your vision. I’m always happy to adjust designs based on your feedback.

Work on your order usually begins around one month before your wedding date.

4. Collection or shipping

Once your floral project is complete, approved, and paid in full, your arrangements will be carefully packed and shipped to your chosen address — or made available for collection from Sheffield.
